Code 045 no reaon
This as happened to us twice this year without cause or explanation. We have three accounts in our household and we play the game as a family, we don't group, we don't PVP, and our guild consists of only use. Why does our account get locked out? I can't get an answer from costumer service via web or e-mail only that they got the message. Of course phone support is no longer offered. We were looking forward to Guild Wars II but right now I think I may never spend another dime on ncsoft "supported" games. You spend around $200 with a company you think the least they could do is allow you to actually play the game you bought.

Moved out of Auction Feedback and Support. Not 100% that Q & A is the right place for it but certainly better than where it was!

While we understand your frustration, there is nothing guru can do to help. If you have already contacted [email protected] then all you can do is wait. Remember that they most likely have reduced staff for the Christmas week.
